About Electrical Solutions Training
Our Mission
Electrical Solutions USA Training is a residential-focused electrician training program built to prepare students for real-world electrical work in homes across southeastern North Carolina. We are not a registered trade school. Instead, we operate as a career-focused certificate training program designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and actual job-site experience.
Our mission is simple: train safe, skilled, job-ready residential electricians and place them directly into apprenticeships after graduation.

Program & Curriculum Overview
Our curriculum is structured to follow the natural progression of residential electrical work, starting with safety and fundamentals and advancing into complete residential systems

- Electrical safety, PPE, and OSHA/NEC work practices
- Electrical theory and applied math for residential systems
- Branch circuits, load calculations, and overcurrent protection
- GFCI and AFCI protection
- Service entrances, panels, grounding, and bonding
- Residential electrical tools, materials, and components
- Inspection readiness and code compliance
Throughout the program, students learn how to navigate the National Electrical Code using a practical NEC Quick Reference approach—learning where to find rules and how to apply them on the job.

Electrical Solutions USA Training is proudly based in Leland, North Carolina, serving students throughout Brunswick County and the surrounding coastal and southeastern NC region, including the greater Wilmington area.
By training locally, we help build the residential electrical workforce right here in our community—preparing students to work on the same types of homes, inspections, and electrical systems they will encounter after graduation.
